think igf sounds like a good idea to cut while on keto?

No...not at all.

One of the common characteristics of IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor) is that it causes hypoglycemia, a condition where blood sugars are extremely low. When you're in ketosis, blood sugars will be extremely low as well. Taking IGF-1 while in ketosis seems like a very BAD idea.

the body has its ways to deal with hypo otherwise you'd be dead after a night's sleep..
it will be a little harder though -
I say it MAY good idea. keto=GH, GH+IGF=good.
now hoodia has been known to fight hypo, maybe combine them.

I actually challenged conventional wisdom and cycle carbs throughout my current IGF-1. I am highly irritable on my lower carb days, obvioiusly..

But I think this is beneficial recomping, as I have great success in ketosis minus catabolism natty, and cycling carbs still keeps my glycogen loaded on my heavy days.

I take my igf in the morning and usually accompany low amounts of high GI and moderate mounts of low gi foods 10 to 20 minutes after... Moreso on my higher carb days obviously... always in the AM.

But then again, I could be just MENTAL
