This has me wondering as well. I have a sligth epigastric hernia above the navel. The doc says it is no major threat and surgery will be easy and very inevasive, with like 2-3 weeks of recovery sans weights:aargh: (not that bad really). I have been wondering and looking into these various compounds to speed revovery from surgery, but am now wondering if they may help in repair so that I may not need surgery. I am a rookie to IGF, GH, etc... and hav looked into oratropin, hexatropin. ectatrpin , and PGH, but do not know where to go....?SJA said:Nice job man!! I really feel for you. When you are used to training everyday and something like this fvcks you up it's just f'd. Glad to see that your knowledge has helped you out here. Sounds like surgery is in the future. I'm going in for a hernia surgery this week. I've been taking Hexatropin and was hoping that it would help in recovery....maybe I should be taking Oratropin???
Did you say anything to your doc about this or are you keeping it to yourself?
i hope the lr3 igf1 works out well for ya bro. if its in hip area i would hit the vento-glute shot one side am and 2nd shot pm. i now believe it is best to split the doses twice a day for better control of blood sugar as it will keep glucose levels low throughout the day. this leads to the sides: huge appetite b/c of low glucose level and some tiredness. and i even lost bodyfat despite eating some fried foods, fast food, and .5lb of choc. bar, couldn't frigin believe it!judge-mental said:Hi man, sounds great! Im gonna try this soon for my hips as well...
any sides?
i think strongly that lr3 igf1 will speed the recovery process post-surgery. however, i am not sure if it will heal that type of injury to avoid surgery. i have an umbilical hernia that is minor and supposedly does not need surgery. i would get a 2nd opinion to see if surgery can be avoided.Max32 said:This has me wondering as well. Yeah, he said this is an epigatric hernia, but the dime sized hard knot (that feels like a calcium deposit or small cist) is right above the navel. I saw it on the CT scan. Anyway, he said we could talk more about the POSSIBILITY of surgery after I return from the Olympia in october. The freakin' genius:rant: said that in the mean time, work out like normal, just avoid doing any abdominal work. I was like, doc, you do realize that heavy lifting is always going to involve your core, abs, at the very minimum of acting as stabilizers.s.norman said:i think strongly that lr3 igf1 will speed the recovery process post-surgery. however, i am not sure if it will heal that type of injury to avoid surgery. i have an umbilical hernia that is minor and supposedly does not need surgery. i would get a 2nd opinion to see if surgery can be avoided.
