Hey guys, turns out I partially tore my UCL in my elbow from playing catch with a football this past weekend, also pitching for 15 years probably didn't help. I don't think I'm going to get it reconstructed to start as recovery time is 9-12months. But I would like it to get to 100% and not have to worry about it again.

What growth factors and/or steroids would you guys recommend? I was thinks of already running Test and Eq, I know some will say Deca but I have bad experiences with 19 nors. What growth factors would you throw in?

BPC 157 might be worth looking into, I plan to give it a go soon.
