Gen sci and MR

Why is it that Gen Sci's IGF-1 contains about 10 times the amount of powder in 1 mg of IGF-1 than MR. I just got Gen-sci's IGF-1 and It contains 10 vials of 100mcg, each vial contains more powder than MR's 1000mcg vial. By the way I LOVE MR's IGF-1 and I have never tired the Gen Sci version yet.
