Confused about subQ injections of igf-1 lr3

When someone says that they recommend subQ injections of igf-1lr3 are they referring to the process of administering igf below the skin anywhere or in the fat beneath the skin on your belly perhaps an inch or so away from the belly button?

Common practice is to pin 100mcg subq pre-bed. Very common in contest prep by many. Never done it myself though. Reports of waking up crazy full and vascular.
