03/14/14 – UPDATE (2 MONTHS)

- ONLY WORKED OUT TWICE THIS WEEK BUT CHANGED ROUTINE TO 6X6 AND ADDED EXERCISES (STILL SORE FROM CHEST/TRICEPS TWO DAYS AGO)

- AFTER I BEGAN DRINKING EGG BEATERS (3 WEEKS AGO – ONLY ONCE POST WORKOUT MIXED WITH WHEY, THEN ONCE AGAIN BEFORE BED ONLY ON WORKOUT DAYS) I BEGAN BUYING EGGS AND INCORPORATING THEM INTO MY DIET (ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW). 96 (COOKED) EGGS IN A WEEK AND A HALF (ALL EGG WHITES, A FEW YOLKS HERE AND THERE). EACH DAY AN 8 EGG WHITE OMELETTE TO BEGIN THE DAY. FOLLOWED BY 6 SCRAMBLED EGGS FOLLOWING WORKOUT AND HYDROLYZED PROTEIN.

- STILL HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH BODY FAT (DUE TO THE MEDICATIONS I’M ON) BUT OVERALL I FEEL LEANER (ESPECIALLY AFTER BEGINNING WITH THE COOKED EGG WHITES 1 ½ WEEKS AGO) AND MY STRENGTH GAINS HAVE GONE UP (BEGAN FLOOR PRESS AT 185 AND I AM NOW AT 210).

MEASUREMENTS – WAIST - 38 ¼ (DROP OF 1 ¼), HIPS – 41, CHEST – 46 (DECREASE OF 1 1/2), L. BICEP – 13 ½ (DECREASE IN ½) FLEXED – 16 (INCREASE IN ¼), R. BICEP 14 ½ (INCREASE OF ½), FLEXED – 16 (INCREASE OF ¼), NECK – 15 ½, WRIST 6 ½, FOREARM – 11 (DROP OF 1), WEIGHT – 211, HEIGHT 69 ½ (5 9’)

BODY FAT PER NAVY SCALE – 25%, 25%, 22.8% (ALL FROM DIFFERENT SITES THAT PROVIDE ONLINE BODY FAT CALCULATORS) AVERAGE – 24.26% (THIS METHOD IS KNOWN TO BE “OFF” 3-6%, AGAIN THIS IS MOSTLY DUE TO MY MEDICATIONS). BUT THIS WOULD BE A SLIGHT INCREASE OF BODY FAT PERCENTAGE FROM LATE LAST MONTH WHERE I MEASURED 23.3% (AVERAGE).

BODY FAT PER CALIPERS – 22, 21, 22 (RIGHT HIP) 21, 20, 21 (LEFT HIP) AVERAGE (TAKEN FROM R HIP) – 21.6% (WHICH WOULD BE A DECREASE OF 1 1/2 - 2% FROM 2 ½ WEEKS AGO ON MY CALIPER READING)
