  2. Definitely inject in muscle you will be working. Pin right before, or right after workout. Best is to pin during your workout, but its kind of hard to be discreet about it.

  3. X2 you want to site inject IGF DES, I like to take it post workout for recovery. But taking it pre-workout will give you a nice boost in strength in the gym.
