IGF-1 levels near 500?

Yet I still seem to gain muscle relatively slow, and am very thin? ( at least in my opinion ).

Is this how it should be? I would've thought with high IGF-1 levels you would gain rapidly.

Yes it's a slow process .
If you want quick go the anabolics route.
