I think the highest end of normal is ~350 they said. Mine was 530ish.
My question is, how would this assist in building muscle? I never really get sore, even if I work out every day with proper form (sometimes I do though, just not generally). Is this related to IGF-1 levels being in the 99.9 percentile?
What would be the benefits of having a level this high?
I can tell you the negative is I have a very lean appearance (this isn't great for someone who is just naturally always like it, period. Makes it difficult to build muscle).
Should I take advantage of these levels and work out longer/harder than the average person?
