Does HGH cause PIP? Noob question

Hey all. I was wondering, as I have heard HGH causes pain after the injection, severely too. Is this a reality?


Also, what would be the recommended dose to gain muscle with this?


I fear this though a bit because I have heard that it causes intestines to grow, which I imagine causes that ugly horizontal gap in the middle of your abs... I am just paranoid, or is this true? Because how else do people get that gap?
