Ligament strain. Help healing

I strained my subclavicular joint. Just began to feel throb and achey in that region along with a grinding sensation and occasional pop. My only guess is going too heavy on military press too soon too quick. Felt a pop doing deadlifting. Now it's achey and grinds doing certain shoulder movements. It's weird. What peptide would be best for recovery? Thanks.
