.9% sodium chloride inj (sterile watet)

Ok so I ordered what I thought was BAC water but got .9% sodium chloride vials. Can Somone please explain to me if its the same thing or if I got ripped off?

Would I be able to add 9mg of benzyl alcohol to every ml of sodium chloride to make bac water?
