  1. I am new to peptides and upon recomendation i have ordered some Modified GRF 1-29.
    I am looking to lower my BF and and lean down abit. I have lost about 25 pounds in the last year and go to the gym 5 times a week. I train mostly not for getting huge but for just getting lean and fit. I have a few more pounds to loose and some abdominal fat to get rid of. I guess my question is will the mod grf 1-29 do what i need or is there something else i need.
    Any help would be great.

    todays lift was kinda on the weak side but i dont really care cuz this is first time lifting in 8days. and everything felt really good.

    im also starting a new split
    Mon-Legs heavy weight, low reps, work upto 1-3working sets of 3-6reps
    Tue-Push
    Wed-Pull
    Thu-legs hyperthrophy lighter weight, 4x8-15 + supersets/DTP

  6. Hey mate I wanted to get your opinion, iv got a rough idea of how I'm gonna use the protocol but thought I would see what you think first

    Day 1-10
    100mcg follistatin 344 pinned into shoulders or quads 50mcg per muscle

    Day 1-40
    Igf1 lr3 pinned morning into the muscles trained the night before.
    25mcg per muscle

    Day 1-100000000

    Between meal 1-2
    100mcg ghrp2 n Grf

    Post workout
    Same dose

    Before bed
    Same dose 10 mins later 2-4ius hgh

    Day 1-40
    10iu insulin pre workout

    Possibly 5 intra!!


    I came second in a nabba world title last year and also won my state titles

    And post comp got up to 250pnds n still lean,
    Now my mrs is competing iv been concentrating on her n not training as hard or eating as much.

    But now I'm eating plenty again
    Diet is great again,
    Picking up in the gym again just went back on AAS
    Just using 1ml of test e 250mgs, 100mgs tren ace and going to throw in some masteron aswell

    Monday Wednesday n Fridays

    The test n tren started last week
    Back up to 240 pnds n gettin vascular again. Plan is to run that for about 40-50 days then drop the tren n mast and continue with eq

  7. idk much about follistatin

    the HGH, u should use it in the morning i think. use ghrp2/cjc than 20-30min later use HGH, so u get a steady climb in growth levels, or atleast thats what ive seen others do.

    the insulin is fine, but the intra wo dose sounds dangerous, but if ur that advanced u know what ur doing.

    i think im gonna get on test e like 750mg/week. i honestly feel so much better while on test. my skin is clear, i obviusly look much better, my metabolism is finally kinda "fast" or atleast not slow when taking test. i actually feel happier when on test. ****.....trt?...

  9. I've been following this thread a while GLHF, I'm just getting into peptides I just started up LR3 and I'm interested in DES, PEg MgF, GHRP, CJC all of that. Just testing out the waters right now, looks good though man keep up the good work your shredded kid. I'm trying out Pre workout this cycle it I think I'm gonna do 4 weeks like this Then try out before bed like you do. Do you eat carbs before bed since you do that?

    im still young to think even think about TRT....i dont really care about anything other than i know i wanna have children. im very affraid, i dont wanna **** that up. me and my wife are perfect for each other, good genes on both sides lol.

    ummm as far as LR3, i was doing it pre bed while on a keto but not counting calories. how do u like it pre workout?

    i decided to take this week off carbs as well so next week when i start the DES+MGF my body will be in somewhat "primed" state.

  15. Peptides Updates/Thoughts/Wants/Needs

    -So i figured i do 3mg of cjc + 3mg of ghrp2 /week + pinz + its not the funnest thing to do + sometimes its just hard to get in 5 shots a day....if i spend that amount of money on CJC WITH DAC i can be running 5mg/week and still have some left overs.
    -After im done with CJC w/o DAC (4weeks) im starting WITH DAC

    Rought Overview:
    1-12 CJC with DAC start at 500mcg x4/week, end up at 5mg/week
    1-12 GHRP2/6/Ipamorelin used x2 daily first thing am, and pre bed
    1-12 horny goat weed x3 daily
    1-8 Proviron 50mg ED (possibly)

  16. Dude it sux when you cut out carbs and still wanna lift heavy. Iv been bulking for 6 months now and I cant believe the strength. My last cut ended 6months ago. My bench dropped to 225X3....Now I hit 22 reps with 225!

    If you want kids Id lay off the aas's and start trying. After a 13 week cycle ended with proper pct, I had no libido issues at all. But the old lady and I decided on tryin for a 3 kid. It was 8 stressful months. She never got prego! Our 2 other boys happened in 1 try. Have the kids then trt

    Me and my girl are not really trying to have a kid right now, if it did happen we would keep it. she wants to have a kid with me a little down the road but not right now. if i couldnt do it than shed be devastated.....and i wanna see the outcome of my genes + her genes.

    Kind of a lean bulk. like i went upto 195, than i cut down to 190 as of this morning by not eating carbs. ill start eating carbs heavily monday with entire insulin stack.

    at this point my head was spinning and i was feeling maddd weak. i left the gym.
    when i got home i HAD to eat some carbs, i was feeling nauses i tried eating meat but it was making me feel worse. i had a Golden Meal by Optimum 40/20/4 p/c/f, that shake gave me life lol...

    diet:
    6eggs + feta cheese
    chicken + peppers + onions + lettuce + american cheese
    50g whey
    workout
    Golden Meal
    ill have probably 2 more meals today.

    Peptides used today:
    GHRP2/CJC x4

    Cycle Update:
    So ive already put a decent amount of money into this "cycle" and i mite as well drop a little more and have the complete thing.

    Final Update:
    Pre w/o
    -45min pre 50g whey + oats
    -15min pre 200mcg DES Bi-Lat

    Post w/o
    -15min post 200mcg MGF Bi-Lat
    -15min post ^ GHRP/CJC Sub Q
    -15min post ^ IGF LR3 75mcg Sub Q

    Im gonna workout 4-5x week, and do this "blast" part of my cycle for 26workouts/ ~6weeks.
    Doing the CJC without DAC for another ~5weeks at that point i will overlap the IGFs with CJC WITH DAC and continue with that + a GHRP 1-2x daily.

    THOUGHTS/OPINIONS/CONCERNS/FEELINGS?

  21. Good ****. My only carb source is 15g from yogurt and 14g from protein bar. But web I fully recover from my sickness I'm going to throw in brown rice. I've managed to gain some solid muscle and weight with light carbs. So I'm excited to see if I could break 200 pounds.

    i cycle carbs, but i hope im not giving u wrong advise because my body LOVES carbs. i can gain weight NO problem. so what im doing might not be best for you bro.

    its all about how you feel man, honestly bulking is stupid if ur over doing it and looking/feeling like ****. im going by feel too man, i had planned to start DES/MGF this past monday, but i felt like i should do another week of keto.

    Hammer Strength Low Row 2.5pps 3x12
    V Bar Cable Row 140 3x12 every rep was all the way down stretch
    Hammer Machine bb row 3sets of 12 140lbs
    Preacher Curl 5set *each set the weight was at a different level so it emphasizes on lower/middle/upper bicep. first time doing these....felt GREAT
    Hammer Machine Shrug 3pps 3x12, 4pps 3x12

    Diet:
    .4lb turkey breast + 2serving feta cheese
    pre w/o 50g whey + 1/2 serving yogurt
    post w/o Chicken + pepers + onions + cheese + lettuce + 1/2serving yogurt
    Tilapia
    Nice fat steak and my wifeys fat ass for dinner

    GHRP2/CJC dosed 5 times today so far. here the times: 4-5am, 8am, ~12pm, ~3pm, ~6pm, ~11pm
    ideally i would take the combo 8 times a day spread out evey 3hours, but that would mean like 100$ a week for ghrp/grf + syringes + madddd annoying

    body weight 189, i guess thats fine considering i was 197 on monday morning after sat/sun refeed.
