Im coming off of a cycle and in my PCT i will begin this (a lot of credit to Building The Perfect Beast)
Training Style- DC 2x upper, 2x lower. every 4th+5th week=cruise. first 2 weeks of this will be a "cruise"
Training Days (4x/week)
IGF lr3 125mcg pre w/o (5-6pm)
GHrp2 + cjc w/o 200/200 pre am starved cardio, post w/o, before bed
Non Training Days (3x/week)
peg MGF 300mcg at 1pm
what u guys think?
