Has anyone used a igf cycle and LEANED out on it?
i can't even find a daym source. -_- I am pretty sure with all the muscle mass though, your body fat % would drop if you keep eating around the same calorie intake, no? I am super noob, hah. I just thought with more muscle mass=MBR shoots up, espicially when your body is building .5-1.4 lbs a week.
