IGF is fragile, so would flicking the air out hurt it?

IGF is fragile, so would flicking the air out hurt it?
IGF is suppossed to be very fragile, so when you flick the side of the syringe with the IGF in it to get the air off the sides of the syringe, and the needle is still in the bottle cause you dont wanna waste any, could the flick hurt the IGF?

shouldn't hurt it, as long as you're not doing a full fledged back handed bitch slap to the vial.
