Have there been any studies done on the effects of IGF-1 on connective tissue recovery?
About a month ago, I managed a small rotator cuff tear. Not enough to need surgery, but enough to really impede training. It's very frustrating. I was wondering if a cycle of IGF-1 might help speed recovery?
