| Registered User | Igf-1 r3 timing? I was planning on running my igf-1 r3 cycle for 30 days at 60mcg a day. I was planning on takeing 30mcg in the morning 8:00 AM and the second dose at 8:00 PM. After reading the sticky on igf-1 r3 again I noticed a section about insulin prolonging the effects. Also if I understand it correctly igf-1 r3 only lasts in the system for 6 hrs? That being so would it be more ideal to take my first shot at 8:00 AM and then my second at about 5ish with my post workout shake? I just figured that my insulin levels would be higher post workout since I was planning on taking 60grams of simple carbs with protein post workout. I know this question has been asked a million times, but I am confused on one other thing. I got the impression that if you use a 1cc syring with MR's igf-1 r3 every line was equal to 20mcg, but I thought I read in the sticky that each line is 10mcg. SeaHawk22 |

| Registered User | Okay I think I found the answer to my question. I was just confused. From a post by Jon Blaze 1 tick is 20 mcg, and 2 ticks is 40mcg on a 1cc syringe. If you look at it, theres 5 tick marks up until the 10iu point, meaning each tick is 2 iu. SeaHawk22 So if I had a .5cc syringe and there was 50 units on it. IE. 50 lines each line would be a unit and if you were using igf-1 r3 from MR then each unit would be equal to 10mcgs? I just want to be 110% on this. I have read post by people who have miss measured the igf-1 r3 and wasted it. SeaHawk22 ![]() Last edited by SeaHawk22 : 09-22-2004 at 05:45 PM. |
