LANTUS and IGF receptors?

Ill make this as short as possible, from what I read, it appears that LANTUS acts like IGF, and actually binds to IGF receptors.

So, in laymens terms, is this GOOD or BAD? If it binds to Receptors, does that mean IGF its self (If injected ie: IGF DES or LR3) would be less usable? Do to lantus being there? Or does it make IGF more useful? As in, would Lantus be good to stack with IGF? Or BAD?

Hope this makes sense what I am asking.....

Something I read said:
"Lantus is much more likely to stimulate IGF-1 receptors than is human insulin", my question is, is this desirable from a BBing stand point?

I would recommend this --

Use ANY acting SLIN 3 xs a week and on the NON slin days use IGF-1 variants.

IT gets a little complicated with slin predictability as IGF-1 will make slin more potent.

This way I recommend will also allow less desensitization to insulin AND igf-1 as they are used more infrequent manner.
