Whats the deal with IGF and PCT?

Im about to end an AAS cycle pretty soon and I going to use IGF afterwards. Now obviously I need to use proper PCT's(HCG/nolvadex/Clomid) but why does it say IGF helps with recovery. If I use a month's worth of IGF at 33mcg daily should I use it during the month of my PCT while im on clomid and nolvadex for 4weeks or should I use it after I finish my PCT. I was thinking it would be better to use after my PCT since I still need to keep my calories the same to keep my gains, and using IGF will keep me somewhat anabolic so I won't get fat, or maybe im wrong and need to use it during PCT?

I would say the last two weeks of clomid and nolva use the igf then for a couple weeks afterward stay on igf, reason being that clomid stimulates LH which stimulates your nuts, igf also has something to do with LH production plus, the igf won't cause you to make gains on igf alone, but you'll be setting up your body for future gains with your next cycle, it actually makes more receptors available for the next cycle,

i like to use it at the end of my cycle for 2 weeks, and 2 weeks into PCT.

It'll help bring your nuts back, and it helped me retain all my gains post cycle.

Whats the resoning for the last 2weeks while on AAS and the first 2 into pct opposed to all 4weeks during pct? Or is it your personal preferance?

Bump on what John said, it seems to bring your nuts back, and help to solidify gains, I havent worked out for my whole PCT (2 and a half weeks) and I seem to be doing fine. The lack of workouts is more due to being sick and having a lack of motivation then anything else.

Well it seems for me personally i add the most fat the last week or two of my cycles, thats why i feel it's a good time to start. Also i love the fact u keep the fat off that you normally add in the beginning of PCT, it like it having kicked in and doing it's magic when i finaly do come off cycle.

yah, the last cycle I did I took clen during my first 3weeks of PCT and that seemed to really help me keep the fat off as well. I think im gonna try IGF this time around. Maybe i'll add a little clen with the IGF but i've read some bad things about that.

The igf-1 should be enough to keep the fat off.

I'd personally run igf-1 by itself first time around, mainly because you dont know how react to it. Also its really hard to tell if you're going hypo, or just a bit weak and dizzy from the clen.

Excellent. Thanks blaze. I think what i'll do is start the IGF when I still have AAS in my system for the last week and run it 3weeks into pct. Then go on clen for 3weeks and by that time I should hopefully be recovered and can start dieting.
