Yes, I've been busy lately, But I have good news, i'm finishing up my cycle in 3 days, so far I am up 22 lbs. bf is actually LOWER, arms have gained over and inch and a quarter and everywhere else I have gained at least one inch. This is the best cycle I have ever done, I plan on doing another one in about 7-8 weeks
