    Sup bros,

    26 years old, 6'0, 200 lb, body fat 8%. Been lifting for five years (four years serious dedication)(was 230lb but pure fat and got down to 140lb). Started at 187 lb, body fat 10%. I managed to gain 13 pounds of solid muscle and am happy with what I achieved from this cycle; now the hard part, retaining the weight during and after PCT. Finishing up last week of cycle and PCT is about to start next week.

    I managed to get my hands of igf-1 lr3 and MGF and wanted advice on how to stack them. There is a lot of conflicting data on many forums that it is hard to say which theory will yield the best results. I also plan to stack the CJC 1295 and GHRP-2 as well but need help on that as well since I am incorporating the MGF and IGF-1 lr3 into PCT. I also pasted the cycle recommended from http://www.trainwiser.com/f1501/igf-mgf-protocol-3874/ they state these formats but from what i have read from this form is that the dosages do vary and the timing as well. I also have not found clear details on how to cycle off MGF.

    There are also conflicting theories that state that MGF should be injected preworkout and IGF-1 lr3 should be injected post cycle. Can anybody clarify this?

    IGF-1 lr3 is cycled off every 5-6 weeks. I do not have PEG MGF at this time, only MGF. Help would truly be appreciated here.

    I need to up my calories as well; if you guys can give me tips to what i should add or subtract to my current diet would be truly appreciated. Keep in mind that i am carb sensitive and when i pass the 250 g of carbs a day, I gain fat in my mid-section. My cycle and diet are pasted here for your information and critique. Want to up the calories between 3,500- 4,000 calories to keep gaining weight. Help would be greatly appreciated here.

  3. After doing more research, I finally found what cycle lengths are recommended for MGF and IGF-1 lr3. I will do the following for about 6-8 week. As for the CJC 1295 and GJRP-2, I will run then 3x a day, everyday (M-Su). I will log my results as often as I can. I know Datbtrue states that injecting yourself like a pin cushion will field better results but that is a lot of stabbing for one day. Wish me luck bros.

  4. Terrible cycle first off -- 2 methylated products back to back....ouch.

    I have my doubts about mgf but if you ran it I would suggest running it on OPPOSITE days of your igf-1 shots.

    Igf-1 will initiate differentiation while mgf will augment proliferation in myoblasts...

    mgf split dosed into micro shots in a sectional part of the muscle trained (4 shots per muscle) ----same w/igf-1

    It's a real hassle and you never know truly the quality of your research peptides as IGF-1 should NOT be lower than 200 per mg.
