Hi everyone, I'd love to think if my routine could be improved.

29 years old
200 lbs

routine

9:00am
wake up
protein shake
4-6 eggs + broccoli (on workout days)
10:00am workout (stronglifts routine)
11am-12:00pm ish PW ghrp-6 100mcgs/mod grf 100mcg
protein shake/lunch like crazy/creatine
4:00pm ghrp-6/mod grf shot
4:30 dinner
7:00 ish large snack
9:00-10:00pm ghrp/grf shot

oh and I am trying to drink as much whole milk as I can (just under gallon a day, just started this about a week ago)

schedule is pretty much the same on off days (every other day)

for those who don't know stronglifts, it's just
5x5 barbell squats
5x5 overhead press
5x5 deadlifts

alternating with
5x5 barbell squats
5x5 bench press
5x5 barbell rows

every once in a while when my energy is high I'll do a little target muscle workout at night, picking muscles I worked that morning (so if I did overhead, Id do shoulder dumbell stuff, if i did bench, Id do some chest stuff)

notes anyone? BTW I've put on 30 lbs in 3.5 months, but I started from basically nothing at 173lbs

do you 4pm pin 1st thing am. I think your inj's are too close together, well at least the noon & mid day one. 855am pin GHRP 6/mod GRF

right. I do it first thing am on my off days, but when I workout, I workout around that first time so i push it a little later to keep it post workout instead of pre. I move around a lot so I'm still finding consistency, but I try to keep 4-5 hours between shots. BTW I just started the cjc-195 and my sleep was way too intense so I think I may cut out the cjc at night or the whole thing together and just pin 2x a day.

Also, what do you guys think about mixing the two in the syringe? There have been arguments on this but I haven't seen anyone really give any solid opinion on it since I guess no one really knows, but pinning myself twice, 3x a day gets old fast.
