once you mix the igf1 with the bw in the slin pin before you inject it, how long is it ok to let sit?
the only reason i ask is because i mix my shot up before i go to the gym and dont inject until after i work out which is about 1.5hrs or so.
If you're really that worried though. I know a lot of people put their mixed syringe in a ziplock bag, and toss it in a protein shaker bottle filled w/ cold water.
