When ordering igf-1 r3 from muscle research, do you also need to purchase bw or does it come with it? If so how much would one need to purchase of bw for 2 bottle/mg 1mg/ml Long R3IGF-I?
I know this can be searched and I have, but there is alot of conflicting information.
I would like someone to direct me to a post that gives a step by step instruction on how to properily use Long R3IGF-I.

You have to purchase seperately. Buy 1 bottle of BW water per ml of igf-1.
