One peptide enough for healing injusred joints and leaning out a little.

Ive been whanting to take peptides for a while now. I whant to do it when Im really leaning out, which will be after a drug test. I used to smoke a lot of weed and some and dont whant to fail a test after quitting for two months because I released a bunch of THC that I had stored in my fat cells. Anyway, I can barely walk some mornings because I have an ankle worn down by the fitness lifestyle, as well as other injuries. Would one peptide do the job of injury healing and hopefully a little leaning? Im big enough and not even looking for more bulk. I know allot of gys like to stack here, but your also probably training for mass. Im only soon to be 26, pretty darn buff for my height, but not looking to compete anymore. At my age, I have a long way to go, and since these arnt the most tested products, safety is a concern.
