Hey I'm new to this forum , a friend of mine recommended me IGF in tablet form ?? I'm currently 17 and been working out for a year

IGF-1 is not orally active, especially in a tablet and you're way too young to be thinking about anything except for food and protein powder.

I am eating right and having 3 shakes a day , so u don't recommend taking IGF in tablet form cause I just bought a cycle and if it dosnt work in tablet form what did I just buy ?

No. Igf cannot be taken oral
