So bcaas release stored insulin I know that with ghrp you dont want to have carbs or fats for twenty min or so, but what about bcaas If Im on a low carb diet which I usually am the stored insulin cant be much, I thought that ghrp metabolizes leucine better than normal so wouldnt it be a benefit for protein synthesis to take a shot than slam down bcaas than eat a meal? or will any rise in insulin kill the gh spike?
