arthritis feeling in both wrists IGFLR3 ?

i have what seems like arthritis in both of my wrists ,ive been cycling LR3-IGF for @ 40-50mcged for1on/1off for 6 mnths, and i know a side is arthritic feeling, but im off for a few months and i was wondering if someone knows ,how long this will last ?

hell thought it was just me. i get that feeling too. it feels just like carpel tunnel symptoms. it will stop upon cessation.
