IGF-1 LR3 peptide is in a block?

I received my IGF-1 LR3 today and noticed when i opened the cold storage package it was more warm. In addition, the peptide powder within the vile had somewhat hardened into a block. So, my question is that does this mean the product is safe/usable or should I chalk it up as a loss?:17:
