    what would put more size or over all muscle on gh or igf-


    would a few cycle of igf be better or a longer cycle of gh for size

    A lot of the beneficial effects of GH are basically from the GH stimulating Igf-1 production. Here is a quote from an artice i read regarding GH and muscle building which basically talks about what i said above in greater detail.


    "There is a lot of talk about the similarity between

    IGF and growth hormone. The most often asked question

    is simply which is more effective. GH doesn't directly

    cause your muscles to grow, it works very indirectly

    by increasing protein synthesis capabilities,

    increasing the amount of insulin a person can use

    effectively, and increasing the amount of anabolic

    steroids a person can use effectively. GH also

    indirectly causes muscle growth by stimulating the

    release of IGF when it (the GH) is destroyed in the

    human body. So one way you could look at it as GH

    being a precursor to IGF. So to put it simple IGF is

    more effective at directly causing muscle growth and

    density increases."

    Slin can be used w/ igf-1 also if you really know what you are doing. It makes muscles a lot more sensative to insulins effects so make sure you lower the dosage while using igf-1.

    I guess it depends on how close you are to your genetic limit. People rarely are before they start juicing so it could contribute to more. Also i think it's different for everyone, theres always people who eat like **** and grow huge, while others eat great and dont grow that well. Also people react dif to gear, some people blow up w/ small doses, others need to use a lot. It's really hard to say.

    It's a good quote to say to people who come up to you and ask if you're on steriods, and which ones they should use to look like you.
