A lot of the beneficial effects of GH are basically from the GH stimulating Igf-1 production. Here is a quote from an artice i read regarding GH and muscle building which basically talks about what i said above in greater detail.

I guess it depends on how close you are to your genetic limit. People rarely are before they start juicing so it could contribute to more. Also i think it's different for everyone, theres always people who eat like **** and grow huge, while others eat great and dont grow that well. Also people react dif to gear, some people blow up w/ small doses, others need to use a lot. It's really hard to say.
It's a good quote to say to people who come up to you and ask if you're on steriods, and which ones they should use to look like you.
