can someone give me a good dosing schedule for these 4 all stack ?
IGF 40 - 50 mcg
Peg MGF 200mcg
Peg MGF on days you don't work out like around 2 I would do and on the days you work out no need to.
IGF1 I would do 1 our pre workout with carbs and aminos and preworkout shake.

why do you say 200mcg, I read between 50 - 100mcg is the best dose, the rest doesn't really get in the system
