I've used humalog R pwo before with great results, starting low(4iu) working up to 10iu, 3 x week, for no longer then 4 weeks.
after reading a lot of threads, it seems a lot of people do lil before workout, but with the correct amount of bccas, creatine, dextrose, protein shake etc..., and sip on as working out. I was always told do it only after workout. so wht is the benefits of pre work out insulin vs pwo, if any?
