| Registered User | Igf And Pct I will be trying IGF for the first time during my up and coming pct next month... I will keep my diet the same as it is now...{swolecat designed diet for me} carbs are high...protein just as high...fat moderate... I plan on running IGF at 60mcgs per day PWO along with 10iu's of insulin{humalog}... If you guys have any advice let me know...thanks |

| Registered User | Your insulin sensitivity will be way up when using IFG-1 R3. You should not need more than 4-5 iu's. If you have used it @ 10i.u.'s w/o IGF, then start @2 and work up to 4-5. Good luck, lift heavy and eat hearty Bro. |

| Registered User | Ok I'm in week 3 of PCT, and my muscles feel good and full...I have only lost a couple lbs...I'm running 50mcgs per day with 10iu's of humalog per day...Loving it so far. |
