spasm from IGF tricep injection

Its been twitching for about 3 weeks now. Is it possible I could of grazed the radial nerve or something? I tried massaging it...What can I do?

My tricep has always twitched, it might not be igf related. I think your alright. I injected for the first time in my tri last week. A little sore but not to bad.

alright I think I might of hit a nerve. How long before it stops twitching?

If you hit a nerve it would have hurt instantly and radiate to other areas. I've had what your talking about, not sure what it's related to... Could be the acetic acid or training related

well i havent worked my triceps in over a month so it could be that as well I think?
But its still twitching and its been a month
