an excert from the faq 4. Administration- I believe in IM injections over sub q, but either seems to be effective. I like IM better because IM using a slin pin is probably the least painful thing one could imagine, even at two times per day. Also, sub Q shots that contain BA, even diluted BA, can leave little nodules that you may not want to feel on your stomach. I guess I am not being very helpful here...

| Registered User | Oracle, what kind of dosing will you be using for the IGF and slin and how much carbs post slin injection? EDIT: Never mind. I just read your doses in another thread. 15 IU's slin post workout and you will add 40 mcg IGF. Please keep us updated regarding your progress! |

| Registered User | Slin can be injected IM, so do both in the same syringe IM. |

When using IGF-1 with insulin, you'll get a cross-upregulation of each other's receptors, therefore "enhancing" the potency of each. Using a slightly lower slin dose at first would be a good plan. I'll post a link to my graphs of my IM insulin injections. The drop in BG due to IGF-1 (IM) will peak at around 2 hrs after injection, so it's best to adjust carb intake to accommodate this too, to combat the lethargy that many complain of (just a carb issue in most every instance). http://67.18.108.244//showthread.php...hlight=insulin
