GH hinders gains?

I've taken some physiology in my day. GH is an antagonist of insulin.

It takes nutrition out of muscles, then IGF-1 takes over to shuttle nutrition into BONES, not muscles.

So why do we use this stuff?

very confused about this. I just think, people like the name of any hormone with "growth" in it..lol

The only hormonea I think would be beneficial are insulin and IGF-1 (although hyperplasia is some weird **** though, so out of the two, I would pick insulin, but insulin is dangerous to use, so I would just stick with aas).

PERIOD...lol
