IGF Tendon Injection

All,

I have tendinitis on both sides (Tennis and golfer I believe...) of each arm as well as patella tendinitis (Jumper's Knee). Where do I need to inject IM to heal this problem?? And what dosing protocol using 50 mcg?

Heard sarms might also help...
inject closer to the injury is protocol
