rhIGF and IGF-LR3 questions

trying to decide if IGF lr3 is worth more money when i can get three times the amount of rh. i understand it doesnt float around in the blood stream as long as LR3 but once it binds then it lasts the same amount of time so dosing would still be EOD or 4 x week correct? would 50-75MCG of rhIGF both Pre and Post wo be comparable to IGF LR3?
