Elbow surgery and using GH and or IGF-1

Hi all. I'm about to have tendon surgery on both my elbows in 2 weeks. One elbow at a time. I have had tendonitis for 2 + years and have tried everything. So now my option is surgery. I'm so fed up with the pain I'm willing to try anything at this point.

My questions to you are...

Would it be a good Idea to take IGF-1 or HGH or both after the surgery.

Doe's anyone have any experience with using these peptides for healing tendons and injuries.

If so...How would I go about using them? Dosages and shot placement etc... I don't want to have any sides and I would be willing to do the lowest dose possible that would still provide the benefits if any.

I have read posts about using these for healing injuries but its mostly for other injuries and not really for Tendon repair etc...

Thanks for your time.

GH is, IMO, the best thing you can use post-op to speed recovery. I've done it myself and it cut my recovery from my shoulder surgery in half. My recommendation is for post-op recovery is 2iu daily, and I would start as soon as possible. Don't wait until after you have the surgery. It's a good idea to get a week or two head start. Just pull skin on your elbow and inject. I've done injections in my knee and shoulder like this and it seems to work the best.

Thanks for your help. I guess I need to start this soon my surgery is March 4th blah...

If i'm going to inject myself how can i pull the skin back and inject at the same time with one hand :-). I probably wont be able to inject the site because it will be wrapped up and kind of messed up after the procedure.

I think I covered everything in our PM.

GH would work great. IGF-1 lr3 is know as the best joint healer though for people who have tried it. It will save you a buck too.
