Current consus on BEST TIME to take GH

3 iu's - first thing in the morning upon rising?

I am a morning training guy (wake up at 6, work out from 8:30-9:30) so I wonder of the lethargy from the GH will hamper workouts?

Perhaps immediately after my workout would be most optimal?

It gives you letargy? Might want to add 12.5 mcg t3. Carb up preworkout. I think upon waking is ideal.

usually GH is administered PWO rather than Pre.
