Current consus on BEST TIME to take GH
3 iu's - first thing in the morning upon rising?
I am a morning training guy (wake up at 6, work out from 8:30-9:30) so I wonder of the lethargy from the GH will hamper workouts?
Perhaps immediately after my workout would be most optimal?
