Why take HGH out of fridge for 30 mins ?

I don't do this because it sounds silly to warm the entire thing up every day knowing heat and light destroy HGH. I have omnitropin somatropin generic. I don't mix it, it is a on a reusable pen.

I figured it was just because people did not like the feel of something below body temp but it is not noticeable so thought I would check to see if I am reducing its effectiveness this way.
