As low as you can go and still measure accurately.
For instance I reconstitute mod GRF(1-29) (2mg) in .20ml of BW.
That makes a 100mcg dose equal to .01ml or 1iu.
I'd like to go lower because the research went lower but I can't measure a dose accurately below 1iu.
