I have a physical test that is pretty extreme so I was wondering if igf-lr3 helps in endurance and strength? Its push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squats all without resting then over to a track to run a mile. The sit ups are my weakest point. I can do about 50 before burning out and I need to get to 90. Would igf-lr3 help me here? Im only asking about igf because I can be tested for any kind drugs (aas).
