Chronic Foot Injury Recovery

I've had ongoing posterior tibilis tendonitis / plantar fasciitis for over a year now. I've tried immobilization, physical therapy and tons of other rehab and my foot is still in constant pain.

Recently I've been trying joint supplements to help recover my tendon, and I just ordered cissus that should be in mid week.

My question is this, will HGH or IGF-1 help with my recovery? I've never cycled before but I am getting sick of this injury. Please help

Thanks

I will bump for this... You know I never thought about it but I suffered from Achilles Tendinitis, so an answer to this would be interesting. I have seen people use it to speed healing before.

I've been reading about it and I came across this thread: http:**anabolicminds.com/forum/male-anti-aging/53121-hgh-torn-tendon.html] and read that IGF-1R3 made tendons heal 300% faster, cissus 45% faster and HGH would help some. Where did these figures come from?

I also read that the IGF works best when injected on the spot. I don't think it's a good idea to inject into the foot right? So how would I inject?

Sorry if these questions are noobish, but I'm really tired of dealing with bad foot pain everyday all day. I really want to get this taken care of.

You will have to be patient though. Most people are asleep atm, but I am sure it will get answered in the morrow.

BTW IGF-1R3 is one of the more expensive peptides I have seen. So if it is correct that it could speed up the healing process, depending on the time it takes you could be looking at some serious dough.

I'm not too worried about price as long as this gets taken care of.

Could someone verify if the IGF-IR3 works? Also should I try the cissus for a few weeks and see how that goes first?

I'm in a similar situation trying to fix my knees from years of wakeboarding/running abuse.

I'm thinking of running IGF LR3 25mg, every day and inject in the quads and calves since it's close to the knees. It may be also beneficial to run either HGH and/or CJC1295 and GHRP-6.

This is just a ballpark estimate of what I'm considering:
CJC1295 (probably will be modified GH fragment, but mislabeled as 1295) - 100mcg daily
GHRP-6 100mcg daily
IGF LR3 - 25mcg daily

..not sure about cycle lengths yet. I need to do much more research.

I don't think you should have to apologize for asking a reasonable question here, bud and Z's right about patience. Weekends are slower paced. I'll be watching this. I have an ankle tendon issue that won't fully resolve.... (could be b/c I won't quit sprints.)

There are a lot of threads of guys fixing their sports injuries with peptides over on worldclassbodybuilding.com and professionalmuscle.com

Ok I am very confused, i thought we had many sources of intelligent input but it seems we found the one thing no one seems to know about. :dunno:

Cmon lol
