hGH and tendon soreness?

Hey guys I know GH is supposed to be benficial for tendons but what causes the myalgia and tendon pain sometimes associated with GH use? I'm wondering if there is anything that can be done about tendon soreness/stiffness (adding Nandrolone is not an option for me)?
