GHRP HGH, Mom needs advise

New member still trying to get my mind wrapped around the differences with GHRP-6, HGH and IGF-1 R3 (much less remembering all of the acyonyms)

I have used HGH in the past will great results to my skin, hair, and other things. (I'm 43yo)...

Would like some advise on combining HGH with GHRP-6. I plan on using 1iu of HGH daily (mainly for longetivity purposes). Based on what I have read about GHRP-6 it would help a muscle injury heal much faster in my lower back than just the HGH. I had only planned on using 100mcg total per day as I don't want to gain any weight due to appetite increase. Will I need to use the GHRP-6 daily to see results in my back? or can I use it EOD? twice a week?

I pulled a muscle in my mixed martial arts class and NAISD's are not helping. After a couple of weeks I was able to continue my classes and weight training with my son, but have been taking it easy on my back. I can still feel a weakness if you know what I mean.

I've been reading for 2 weeks on GHRP-6 and IGF-1 and I've collected about 15 pages of msword files about it. Most articles etc are focusing on muscle growth or pct. I don't fit into either and would be greatful for some advise.

Thanks for much for your help,

(yes, I really have 5 kids - all are in mixed martial arts ages 14-4)

you might want to supplement yourself with more protein and stuff like hydrolyzed collagen supplement,,,

ghrp6 is relatively cheap you should be able to do 100mcg before bed everyday. even with 1iu GH and added GHRP6 not sure it will heal you up like magic, it may still take some time....also maybe go see a doc

just do it emtpy stomach and try to fall asleep before you get hungry lol

i dont get THAT hungry only post workout from ghrp6

goodluck with your healing.

Thanks for the response, I wasn't sure that I was going to get any. I'm still undecided as to if I should use the GHRP-6 or IGF1-R3. Based on what I have read on this forum IGF1-R3 and PEG-MGF seem to do well together. There is so much confusing data as to what works best specifically to aid in healing.

The doc. said all they can do is give me pain meds. It is healing slowly on it's own. I would just like to help the process. I need all the help I can get keeping up with my crew.

I'm good for 1 or 2 protein shakes per day but will have to look into the collagen supplement. I've been taking glucosamine & chondroition & fish oils with other vitamins that I take.

Thanks again,
