HGH for injury repair

So I am new to the boards, this is my first post.

I am your average athletic guy. 27yrs old, I play ice & roller hockey 2-3 times a week. Been going to the gym with a trainer for about 5 months now, looking to improve my strength and get that nice stomach for summer. At my peak I was 6'4 250lbs. Always had the little beer belly. Everything has been going well at the gym, I eat right, down to 6'4 220-225lbs.

I ran into an issue about the past 3-4 weeks my elbow has been hurting during the gym and after hockey games. I took about 2 weeks completely off of the gym (previously going 5x a week)

I came back and it still hurts. It hurts picking up light things at work. I havent played hockey yet either. I am making such good progress in the gym, I don't want to stop. I have a good friend of mine who gave me some HGH, everything I have read about this seems like it will help, it wont make miracles, but it won't hurt the situation.

I pretty much have a full understanding of HGH, but my real only question which I can't seem to find a definitive answer for is where to stick myself.

My friend says near my injured elbow, where everywhere I read says a fatty area in my stomach. I have read that even sticking it in the injured area is useless.

Could anyone lend some thought?

Thanks in advance!!

It doesn't matter where you stick it.

Why didn't you know that if you have researched GH?

GH is a ligand with zero enzymatic/catalytic action of its own. It is an amino acid string with a very specific 3 dimensional shape. When released by the pituitary or injected it will primarily travel in plasma to the liver where it will bind to a GH receptor on a liver cell.

Once bound the shape of the GH ligand will initiate a conformational change on the GH receptor (a twist if you will) such that...blah, blah, Stat5b translocates to the nucleus of the cell and initiates transcription of the IGF-1 peptide whose "blueprint" will be taken to the ribosomes where IGF-1 will be synthesized in pieces and put together before being escorted to the cell surface and excreted into the vascular system where the IGF-1 ligand will travel systemically and find places to bind.

Some of that may find your injured elbow tissue and bind to receptors there. Once bound IGF-1 will by the miracle of intracellular events mTor and all that Jazz mediate events which will help repair tissue.

OR you could just buy some IGF-1 LR3 and inject it directly into the wound.

Well I did research and I have heard so many mixed opinions. I went with the stomach option. I do have to say though, I am having trouble keeping it up :( and I can't finish, wtf is with that!!!!!

Prolactin.

You need to lower it. Vitamin B-6 is a good mild option. You could also add in some L-Dopa as well.
