Does anyone know if the IGF-1 lab Quest offers is a good check of a persons overall HGH production? Or does it just give a snapshot of what their production is at that time?
I have a problem of too little fat on my rear and bottoms of feet. I hurts to sit in seats because I can fell the bones in my butt, and I have plantar facicis? (foot pain). I think this is also because too little fat on bottom foot. I am good weight 162 a 5'11" BMI about mid normal. It seems my fat is stored in my abdomen more than else where could this be because of low HGH, other,ideas appreciated.
