Nobody can answer your question without knowing what type of syringe you're using and what concentration of IGF/AA you want afer reconning. Also, you say 1 GRAM. Is that accurate? How many mgs are in each vial or is this like one giant 1 mg vial (errr, bucket)?
All you REALLY care about is that you obtain a mg/mL concentration. That's independent of the syringe "tick marks". If you want a 1 mg/mL sauce, just add 1mL AA to 1mg of IGF-1. THEN you will care about the tick mark stuff. Let's worry about that later.
